Refund policy
This template describes how Tunni intends to handle refunds, cancellations and remedies. Every point below requires business and legal review.
1. Subscriptions
- Plans can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. [Confirm.]
- Partial-period refunds: [policy to be decided].
2. Production units
- Included units are not refundable and expire at the end of each billing period.
- Unused top-up units: [refund eligibility and window to be decided].
- Units have no cash value.
3. Remedies for our faults
Where a delivered output does not match what you approved — the approved script, locked creator or approved storyboard — and the cause is on our side, we will repair the affected scenes without charging further units. Where a repair is not possible, we may credit units back. [Define eligibility, how to request, time limits and evidence.]
4. What is not a fault
- A change of creative direction after approval.
- Results on social platforms such as reach, engagement or sales.
- Issues caused by third-party platform outages or permission changes.
5. How to request
[Request process, contact address, response timelines, refund method and processing time.]
