What a production unit is
- A production unit is a unit of finished, checked video production — not a token and not a cash wallet.
- Eight units does not mean eight videos of any complexity: longer generated footage uses more units.
- Planning slots are ideas and scripts, not videos.
- A second language, a new creative version or extra generated footage is re-quoted before any work starts.

Do I have to disclose that the creator is AI?
Yes. Every Tunni creator is fictional and AI-generated, and every output carries a disclosure check that reviewers cannot override. We recommend also using each platform’s own AI-content label.
What product assets do I need?
A clean pack-front photo per product is the minimum. For close-ups where packaging must be exact, your own product footage is preferred — Tunni composites it in, and those seconds do not count as generated.
What if a video is not right?
Checks flag problems scene by scene and only the affected scene is repaired. If the output does not match what you approved and the fault is ours, we fix it. A change of direction after approval is a new, separately quoted version. There are no unlimited revisions.
How is my monthly allowance used?
Video production is measured in production units, driven by newly generated motion seconds rather than total length. You see and approve a quote before anything is consumed. Included units expire at the end of each billing period, and there is no automatic overage.
Can Tunni post directly to my social accounts?
Direct publishing depends on each platform’s API, its review of our app and your account permissions. Tunni shows each connection’s real status. When a connection is not available, export the video, captions file and caption copy and post it yourself.
