Billing and cancellation
Monthly billing, what happens to unused units, top-ups and cancelling.
This article describes how Tunni is designed to work. Commercial terms are pending legal review; the approved Terms and Refund policy will take precedence.
Tunni plans are billed monthly in Indian rupees. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Tax display and calculation are configured and reviewed separately.
Plans
- Core — ₹2,999 / month
- Growth — ₹11,999 / month
- Agency — ₹24,999 / month (set up with our team)
There are no annual discounts at the moment, and no plan includes unlimited videos or revisions.
Unused units
Included production units expire at the end of each billing period. They do not roll over and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Top-ups
Top-up units cost ₹1,299 each and are valid for 90 days from purchase. There is no automatic overage — you will never be charged for extra units you did not choose to buy.
Cancelling
You can cancel from billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export approved content until then. Refund terms are being finalised; see the draft refund policy.
